At Melvin’s Roofing, we strive to make the whole roofing experience stress free. Being a small family owned company, we understand that keeping your home and family safe from the elements is a priority. And as a former laborer/installer myself, I ensure to make sure your roof will be built to last. We are very consistent and fair with pricing. We are trying to make an honest living while providing high quality roofing for our clients.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have trained with some of the foremost leaders in the roofing industry to stay up to code on all of the newest roofing applications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out on a roofing crew myself as an installer and moved to the top quickly, eventually starting my own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with about every customer imaginable. From your average homeowner, to realtors, all the way up to state entities and college universities.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a full roof and gutter project. It was a very large roof and full gutter removal and install. The total project took about 3 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

1.) Be sure to ask installation specific questions to make sure the person you are talking to is knowledgeable in their trade and not just a salesman 2.) Be sure they are local and insured 3.) Ask for references if need be to authenticate their work
