What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide pricing costs of projects in an upfront manner. We are competitive with our pricing and put our best foot forward. If you are a Teacher, Firefighter, Police, Veteran, or Senior Citizen, we offer discounts! If you are in an industry that believe is overlooked and should be considered for discount please let us know.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to first set up an initial introduction meeting over the phone or in person, learn about you and your project, desired timeline, what's important to you as a home owner... Then we schedule a time to come out and look at your roof. Usually same day. From there we provide our inspection/estimate report to the home owner, go over details, and explain to them options when it comes to their roofing system. Some processes are easier than others. But regardless, we will hold your hand through it all!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 20+ years of hands on experience. Nothing beats hands on experience. We have the product knowledge that helps us decide what best products to put on your roof! We are expert LISTENERS.... meaning instead of showing up at your home and talking the entire time, we ask you questions that are important to you and will mean a lot to your projects success... Doesn't sound like it's something that is training related, but it's how we train our employees.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love all our projects, but when we can creative, and Eco friendly is where we shine! That includes installing water barrels at the downspouts, Eco friendly shingles, green roofing solutions, solar panels, and clean Eco friendly roof cleaning... We are passionate about offering these solutions to everyone, and it makes you feel like you're doing your part in making the world a better and safer place for generations to come!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It just depends on your situation, if you like a roofer and trust him, but they're more expensive let them know that. There are several large name companies out there that cut corners when doing work... It is extremely important for a consumer to ask for a statement of ordered materials for a job site because that is what will be needed to gain the manufacturers warranty and keep the roofer honest and accountable. If your roofing system fails in a five years, and it's because the roofer didn't replace the felt with synthetic underlayment like they said, that warranty could be voided completely. And your five year old roof's warranty is worth It's important to use a checklist or guide when a job is being done to confirm that work is being completed as mentioned.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. What do you differently than other roofing companies? 2. Is the roofing material going to be recycled? Are the new systems Engery Star Rated? 3. How are you going to protect my plants and landscaping? 4. How long is your workmanship warranty, and do I get a certificate? 5. How are you going to protect my gutter system? 6. How are you going to protect my roof when it rains, or storms and your in the middle of a job? 7. How are you going to repair my flashing? 8. How are you going to repair my pipeboots? These are great starter questions to get the roofer answering easy to understand and know questions. These gives you insight to their comfort level of addressing the issues you might have.
