My price includes materials and labor unless other wise specified

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet the customer and then I’ll give them a free estimate and most of all I like to be friends with all my customer when the job is professionally done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My dad taught me most of what I know on customer service and quality , and i have been doing roofing for around 8 years and then I also took Conklin Roof Systems Training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Dad taught me a lot including how to do quality work and customer service, when i started doing commercial roofing i went through Conklin Roof Systems Training, so i know what to do with every roofing situation.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Commercial roofing, any flat roof with Foam, coating, single ply, rubber ect.. i used to do a lot of residential metal and old metal restoration.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our standard size job usually takes 2-3 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

One big thing most people don’t realize is communication if the contractor doesn’t communicate well with you then he obviously doesn’t care about what he is doing so , he doesn’t care how he treats you as long as he gets his money so he most likely won’t do his best , when doing the job !!!!!!!!!

What their budget is , when they need it done, what all different types of quotes they want
