What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have taken an All-Inclusive approach to roofing projects. This protects our customers from surprise/hidden fees while giving their home everything it needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process for working with a new customer is simple. We first conduct the initial appointment to evaluate the roof/attic and present solutions to our customers. After selecting the best solution, your project gets assigned to a project manager. Your project manager will be responsible for coordinating and communicating all project updates. This includes material deliveries and the coordination of crews. On the day of your project, our team will set up a property protection system to protect your home (HVAC system) during the project's duration. While most projects can be completed on the same day, some larger homes may require more time. Once the roof is installed, our crew will perform a clean-up and roll an industrial-grade magnet around your yard to clean up nails. Once this is done, your new roof is yours to enjoy!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Best Choice Roofing is OSHA Certified and follows all the OSHA guidelines to ensure everyone on your project is safe. We are also a Platinum Preferred Contractor with Owens Corning. This means we are subject to very strict post-installation inspections that guarantee you get the best workmanship quality.
