What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We work directly off of insurance pricing, so the homeowner can guarantee they are getting a great price that's chosen by their carrier!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We walk you through the entire insurance process: Roof Inspection-Calling in the claim- we meet the adjuster- reviewing insurance paperwork with you- install- and final walk through with the homeowner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Myself, i have 11 years in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started roofing in High School

What types of customers have you worked with?

We install roofs on small builds like sheds, to houses, to mansions, to hotels, to large apartment communities and nursing homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Any project that costs the homeowner little to no money out of pocket is always satisfying.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When it comes to insurance claims- Every contractor works directly off the insurance paperwork. Homeowners are basically choosing a contractor based off of the shingle they provide and the workmanship warranty they offer. We offer a lifetime workmanship warranty- which is unheard of in this industry

Licensed/Insured Workmanship warranty? what happens in 5 yrs when you have a leak? Preferred Contractor? Better Business Bureau rating ?
