Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We try to price every job as fairly as we can based on minimum overheads and profits required to sustain our business. We will never be opportunistic and do not believe it is right to take advantage of people. Justice will be served in the end for those who take it vantage of others.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We typically come meet with you to learn what your needs are. Then evaluate those needs to make sure we are a good fit for your project. The last thing we want to do is get involved in a project in which we can not deliver perfect results. Once we feel confident of being a good fit, we offer our services and make arrangements for completing them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have served approximately 130,000 customers in the past 18 years and worked alongside hundreds of great fellow contractors. However the most important training I’ve ever received was from my children and wife. Learning to treat them with respect and be a good leader in my home has been both challenging and yet greatly rewarding.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
In 2005 I worked in a small town restaurant that was failing and needed to find another source of income for my wife and 6 little children. I began looking for work in the construction industry and began working with a couple of really great guys who we’re building new homes. I was soon able to replace the meager restaurant income and never looked back.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have served almost every customer type

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I love helping people in need and thrive on transparency. It’s so hard for people to know if a contractor is going to be fair, honest, and actually deliver on their promises. In the past 18 years I started working for one customer at a time to building a team of professionals that serviced thousands of customers each year. Only be treating people right did we get the opportunity to serve and make so many happy customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
You only get the choose a contractor once and then you are stuck with them. Just be careful and choose wisely. Get multiple quotes and advice from those you trust. Don’t allow anyone to pressure you into major purchasing decisions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Transparency, early and often in almost any project is vital for success. Any special requests or concerns you have should be mentioned as early as you think about it. Even during the process if you see something happening that you don’t like or don’t understand, don’t be afraid to ask for clarification. It’s so much better and easier to get alignment with you and your contractor if you will raise your expectations. We often can not meet your expectations if we do t know what you expect.
