What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For storm damage customers - we start with a thorough inspection, document damages we find on the house to recommend moving forward with an insurance claim or not. We will then be there to meet with your insurance adjuster after you've made the claim. Then we will provide a detailed estimate, and guide the customer through the insurance claims process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We leverage 15+ years of experience with Best Choice Roofing. We are the largest Platinum Preferred contractor by Owens Corning, resulting in unique benefits and peace of mind when working with us.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We want to grow a business that is engrained in the local community (we go back 5 generations in St. Charles) and help people navigate a confusing insurance process.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with a wide range of customers, from individual homeowners needing roof repairs to large residential communities and churches requiring complete roof replacements.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a house in St. Charles for a family that had recently lost a family memeber. This was the first project that they had taken on since the passing, and they were very appreciative of the communication and expectations we were able to provide along the way. The entire roof was replaced in one day, so it didn't cause any more disruption to their day to day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check Google listings AND supplier pages! We are at the top of the Owens Corning contractor list because we have routinely sold a lot of shingles, and that experience is what helps make us great.

Customers should consider the scope of their project (roofing, siding, etc), their budget, and any specific needs or preferences for materials and warranties before consulting with a roofing professional.
