How did you get started doing this type of work?

It started out as a part-time job for a roofing company, and I worked my way up to Branch Manager running operations out of KC for both Kansas and Missouri. When the time was right, I branched off to create Crown Town Restoration, Inc.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. That's one of my favorite parts of the job, meeting all different people, and helping them step by step through the process.
