My career began as a union apprentice in the building trades where I earned my Journeyman Millwright card in 3 years. I eventually became trained as a precision maintenance master mechanic. I was fortunate to manage multiple large multi million dollar projects involving several building trades to be completed within tight deadlines. My wife and I also worked closely with US Bank, HUD, FHA, & Freddie Mac where we maintained over 30 million dollars of REO properties preparing them for resale.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Being frustrated by a good industry being tainted by “storm chasers” we took it upon ourselves to approach the industry from a servant leadership position. We wanted a business our kids would feel excited to do with us. We discovered that customers don’t care what you know until the know that you care. Receiving payment for any service must be earned and if it was all about money we wouldn’t fight so hard to perform for you. When you partner with a professional you can feel it. Our clients know what it means to be treated well, not because we are perfect, but because we are genuine.
