Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer fair and reasonable pricing and offer high quality materials for all of our roofs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We will set up an inital meeting to come out to your home and discuss with you what you are looking for and do a thorough evaluation of your roof. Once we have done that, we will set up a time to walk through the project proposal and answer any questions you may have. Once we have agreed to work together, we select shingle colors and then schedule the job to start. After your new roof is complete, we always do a final walk through with you and ensure you are 100% satisfied and do a final cleanup of your property.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are a fully licensed General Contractor in the state of Minnesota.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Have been in the trades for years and initially started in the restoration side of things dealing with water damage which naturally lead to us getting into the roofing space and have not looked back since!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with homeowners who are looking for a quality experience from start to finish that includes open lines of communication, responsiveness, and high quality materials.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We did a large 80 square roof that was damaged by a recent hail event. The project involved multiple buildings located on the same property and a lot of moving parts. Walking a property owner through such a project ensuring they were communicated with from start to finish including working with their insurance company throughout the entire process was a very fulfilling experience. The job took 2 full days from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Talk with your contractor and ask them about their process and communication style. Communication is key to ensuring everyone has a positive experience from start to finish.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
They should think about their ideal timeline, budget and if there are any specific upgrades they are considering.
