What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First impression is everything, we strive to be the best at what we do. Being personal and upfront is the best policy, nobody likes surprises in this business.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our reps go through training for roofing, siding and windows. The companies that we use are Pella, Mastic and Owens Corning, these companies provide the training for us.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started this type of work when I was just 16. Always liked the different things you learn daily, and still learn new things all the time. Always keep an open ear.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are vary fond of a nursing home we remodeled. The roof was 500sq of shingles and we completed it in 4 days. This was a huge accomplishment. The residents were amazed

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check the company our through the Dept. of Labor and the BBB. Never hire without doing so. The company should be in business for more that 10 years as well.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The biggest question is always cost, but good contractors are never the cheap contractors. Be aware, "You get what you pay for"
