unfold fold
NexGen offers pricing for Retail, Insurance, and Commercial bidding. Retail and Commercial bids are based on scope of work and standard rates in the market while taking into consideration our customers budgets. Insurance rates are based on standard replacement cost value found in Xactimate bidding systems and negotiated directly with insurance to best support our customers needs. Customers are only responsible for their deductibles and policy limits when working with NexGen on storm repair. Don't forget to ask if NexGen has any promotional events or available discounts.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our Owner, Ryan Utsch came from poverty and a rough childhood. It was his goal to build a successful business from the ground up and grow his business based on reputation and accomplishments. It was a dream of his to ensure his legacy lived on through his children. Ryan loved working with his hands, and started working for a company as an installer. After studying all the trades and being blessed with a mentor he developed supplier relationships and eventually started on his own 16 years ago. He developed a successful business model and is proud to share that his children are following in his footsteps. His oldest son Cody sold over a million dollars in exterior renovations in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a family operated and driven company, our goal is to provide our customers with exactly what they are looking for and leave them with a comfort of a lifetime guarantee on craftsmanship.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We met a customer that had minor Hail damage on the north side of their house from a storm in 2020. We were able to work with their insurance company after their on-site insurance adjustment to win them over $60,000.00 in upgrades by providing discontinued letters, match laws, and doing our research. They had their entire house re-done! This homeowner's insurance claim started at $19K. within 6 months, we are able to increase that claim to $85K! The homeowner was only responsible for their $1K deductible. They received a new roof, vinyl siding, fascia, soffit, all new windows(12), gutters and a newly painted deck all because of a few hail hits. If you want to work with the best in the business, NexGen core supplement team works HARD to speak on behalf of our customers. You can check out our website for photos!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Check their credentials!! - Are they Licensed? - Are they Insured and what are their limitations? - Read their reviews! - As them for a reference! - Are they professional with a website and demenor? - Are they pushy and demanding? If so, say no! - What products are they partnered with and what are the delays of getting that product? - What warranties do they offer? - Where are they located and have they done business in your area before? - Do they support local charities and events? - What accolades do they have? - How much of their business is referral based?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Really think about your scope of the project to ensure your contractor is including all items in their initial bid: - Is there more than one option/layout you want quoted? - Do you have questions on what types of materials to use? If so, can you narrow it down to a few so we can give you pros/cons? - Do you have a ball-park budget in mind? - Do you have a timeline to get your project done in? - Materials can cause delays so if you are considering a project 3-6 months out, make sure you consider starting to work with a contractor now. If you rush your experience you will not enjoy it and the quality will not be what you deserve. - Do you have estimated dimensions for your project? - Do you have a design in mind for colors? - What challenges are you seeing causing the damages you need repaired?
