What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

we offer free inspections and estimates. discounts between 5-10% are available for customers who sign within 48 hours after appointment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is centered around quick response and excellent customer service. you will be contacted to schedule an appointment and get additional project details. Our reps will be able to provide with an estimate for multiple options at the appointment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

we have over 30 years of combined construction experience. We have both construction and insurance industry experience. We are HAAG certified hail inspectors and have unmatched insurance restoration experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started Construction in my freshmen year of college, working part time after school for a friend's roofing company.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a multiple custom Skylight installation. No other contractor was able to locate the Skylights they needed or provide advice.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire a contractor who doesn't sub out their work. the person you are meeting with at an appointment with us will also be at the job site.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should ask about licenses and insurance, if the contractor has experience with their type of project, and how they would solve current issues you are having with your home.
