Introduction
At our family business, we pride ourselves on superior customer service. We don't chase hundreds of jobs per year like most of the storm chasing operations. We want to be on-site, on every roof, every siding job, every gutter replacement - to make sure things are done exactly as you describe you want them during our first meeting. With most companies, you meet a salesperson, then you are passed off to a project manager, and so on, and so on.... With each job we do, as the owner of our company I am involved immediately and throughout the entire process. Each note you give me, or detail you point out gets noted by me, and directed by me to be completed. I started in this business helping homeowners through the insurance claim process during several large storms. To this day, when storms hit, homeowners call us from referrals that come from our past clients because they have been happy with our process of educating them on how the insurance claim process works, or in non-insurance claim work, just generally why we do the things we do, and you are active in the process as much as you want to be. At the end of the project, you have seen the decisions you made along the way carried out exactly as you asked. Our goal is to earn that next referral by doing a great job for you first.
