Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
When our family started Wright-At-Home Services, we set out to be the best, not the cheapest. Low cost providers are a dime a dozen and we firmly believe that you get what you pay for when it comes to roofing and siding. We remain competitive with our pricing, but we've made the decision to never cut corners for the sake of a few dollars.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We will meet initially at your home to discuss your specific needs, desires, and concerns with the upcoming project. At this time, we perform a detailed inspection of your entire property, and discuss how the results may impact the budget of your project and whether or not you actually require our services. Inspections are always free and we never charge for estimates. We always prepare a detailed and accurate proposal for your consideration. We firmly believe that everything should be spelled out in detail prior to beginning any work. That's why we take the time to explain every step of our process during our initial meeting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

CertainTeed SELECT Shingle Master Installer GAF Certified Installer Owens Corning Preferred Installer All of our installers are required to go through annual training and certification for all major manufacturers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Do your research! If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. Many times, a low cost provider may provide inferior products, non-certified labor, or not follow through on promises. Check online reputations carefully and ask for references from past customers. Make sure everything is clearly spelled out in the proposal. Never assume anything is included unless it's written down.
