What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer financing, low monthly payments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. First we just need your basic info. 2. We will go onsite get on the roof and get measurements, pictures, count pipes, vents, valleys, etc. these are things that don't show up in satellite measurements. 3. You will receive a detailed estimate with line items the same day!(usually within 3 hours), pictures, and prices so you have a detailed estimate you can understand 4. When we get a job approved we pull city permit, order materials and schedule everything to start work. 5. When we complete a project we do a final walkthrough with you. 6. Once everything is completed we issue you a certificate of the 10-year workmanship warranty.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Cruz Villanueva founded EcoRoofing in 2013 but has been doing residential roofing 21 years. Better Business Accredited Continuing education with the Department of Labor and Industry Attended the Roofing Process Conference in 2019

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working in roofing at 17 years old and loved the work. I am very happy I can provide people with a good quality roof over their head.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always check for license information and insurance, also for warranty on materials and workmanship. We will gladly show you our current license and insurance information.

You should ask professionals if there will be any extra costs? What materials do you recommend for our project and why? Are you able to complete my project in a timely manner?
