Evaluate their property. Find out their wants. Give recommendations of the best product and system for their project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are GAF MasterElite Certified Contractor. Only 5% of the contractors in the United States have that status. GAF is one of the largest shingle manufacturer’s in the country. They have thoroughly ensured our company has all credentials to be the best in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Worked with my families business’ my whole life. My father was a handyman, teaching me a lot of what I know. Worked with another company for a few years building my knowledge base in this industry, then became a General Contractor. I have been in business for almost 20 years with 33 years of running/operating either my family or my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Everyone from young to old, military, engineers, doctors, CEO’s, teachers...You name it we have worked with them. We love working with everyone that is looking for a contractor that does great work and big in communication.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A homeowner had their insurance company pay less then $5,000 for shingle Repairs from a previous wind event. We provided all necessary estimates, code requirements and documentation to prove that the roof had to be fully replaced. The insurance agreed to our full scope of $21,558. Our customer was ecstatic as they thought all that money was going to come out of their pocket.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are fully licensed and insured. Proven experience and credentials with manufacturer’s.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
