What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

That we are usually in the middle. Not the most expensive...but not the cheapest either.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set an appointment, come out and do some measuring and give them a price. If they decide to go with us we usually get half down and schedule the install. Usually 2 to 4 weeks. When we are done we will walk the project with the homeowner to make sure they are happy with the project. Final payment is due when the project is completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Been in the building industry my whole life. My father owned the business before I did.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It's been in the family.

All types. Best part of this job is meeting new people and helping them out on their projects.

Way to many to mention. Proud of all the work we do and the time table we do it in.
