We offer very competitive pricing. All estimates are free and include all pricing.... We never have hidden costs!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically like to meet with a customer in person. At that time we complete an inspection and give the customer a written bid as well as a copy of our insurance and licensing. When a customer chooses our company to complete a project, it is scheduled at the homeowners convenience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a residential builders license. I am Osha certified. I am Lead certified. I am EPA certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been in the industry for over 20 years and enjoy helping customers improve their homes both cosmetically and functionally.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently was called to inspect a roof and give an estimate. Upon inspection I notified the homeowner that there was severe wind damage on the roof and that I would recommend filing an insurance claim. The customers roof was approved by her insurance provider and she received a new roof installation for just the cost of her deductible! She was a very happy customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have adequate insurance and are licensed. Make sure they apply for the proper permits.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should be able to have their contractor assist them with any needs during the process.
