What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is to assess what the homeowner actually requires to maintain the integrity of their home. We try to cultivate a solid relationship of trust so that all involved feel comfortable with our pricing and services provided.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certainteed Shinglemaster and MSA. Also Artisan is certified by Genflex as an installer for flat roof membranes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up around the roofing and sheet metal trades so about 7 years ago I started working with a skilled craftsman who taught me the intricacies of this career.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with everyone from the small residential home owner to large commercial companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the projects we have been working on is the St. Clair Inn providing all the custom exterior copper. It has been an ongoing project since August 2018 that we are proud to leave our mark on.
