Introduction

With 18 years experience; I’m a working owner; present during installs making sure the projects go as planned. If you value quality, service and craftsmanship over price; then we are the company for you. I use CAD drawings to help design your project, allowing you to envision it before its built. I then use that same drawing to give blue prints to my installers so they build the project to the exact specifications we agreed on. We offer Financing on all projects. Check in to see what Financing promo we have going on. Quality and customer service are valued over quantity. I have been a Licensed Contractor in MD since 2006 #94273. We are also an Accredited member of the BBB with an "A+" 5/5 star rating. Design - Build - Enjoy! We DO NOT power wash or Paint or Stain DECKs. Our services include: Roofing, Pavers Patios, Retaining Walls, Decks, Screen Rooms, Pavillion, Gutters, Windows & Doors, Siding, and Fences.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Ask lots of questions your already know the answer to. Just because they have done it for 10 years doesn't mean they have done it right for 10 years. You will get a varying estimates for the same job from different contractors. Price is not the only value to a consumer. When you buy on price you buy it twice. There are reasons they are cheaper and most times, it's hard to see. Contractors will use cheaper materials, fasteners, labor to save money. Make sure the company will warranty their work. The next piece to the puzzle is the finished product. Not all labor is the same. Therefore, you can get different outcomes of quality and craftsmanship from contractors. Ask for references, go to previous jobs, see the work for yourself.
