What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing only includes a 10% profit and a 10-12% Overhead. No commissions because the owner does the estimates and inspections.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We utilize technology to give 99.9% accuracy in pricing. We do full roof inspections with our drone and attic inspections with our Thermal Camera. We will let you know your status and the remaining life span on your roof.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a Subcontractor for National Roofing companies and decided to start my own business when I saw how some people were getting taken advantage of. We thrive on integrity and quality.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always get 2-3 quotes and ASK questions. Ask about costs, warranties and licenses .

Can you assess my Ventilation? What is the right temperature for my attic? What are the differences in underlayments and shingles? Is your warranty backed by the manufacturer?
