What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Yes we have a standard price list for products and additional services. Most of the jobs require on site inspection for accurate and competitive quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If I have enough information on the quote and some pictures if Im comfortable I can quote over email. Most jobs require inspection for proper job estimate. If the customer accepts the quote, there will be an official contract written and deposit required unless the job is financed. I estimate installation date at time of inspection.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed and hold all required certifications for any products we install.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have started in this industry as a window installer. I learned that process and other product installation procedures. I believe in integrity and I built a team of passionate individuals to offer services to homeowners and treat them right!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many different individuals and businesses. I love to help people!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There are several different projects. too much to list! Ask me for pictures and referrals.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check for licenses and insurance. Make sure that they don't hold just a bare minimum of $50000 in insurance. Exercise extreme caution with contractors offering to bid the project without first visiting the property. This often leads to bait and switch tactics, where contractors quote lowball prices just to get in the door and then raise those prices substantially after they see first-hand what will actually be required.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are the desired materials and what are you trying to accomplish by those upgrades? It could be simple desires for looks or energy efficiency.
