What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is ultra competitive and many cases I offer a much better value! My installers are all highly qualified and very protective of your home and are willing to answer any questions or concerns!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will set up a call to schedule a time to meet at your convenience. I will meet with you to discuss your project in details. I will bring samples to show you and discuss our Company and our procedures in doing your project. I will then do a field measurement and then forward you a price via email. I will then follow up with you to see if you have any questions or concerns.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my BS in Economic from U of Md. Graduate 1990. I have owned Premier for 34 yrs and I have seen all there to see regarding my expertise of Roofing, Gutters, Windows, Doors and Siding replacement. Prior to starting Premier I work construction and work at previous construction companies will attending U of MD!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of people and love what I do and interfacing with potential new clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love all my projects! Roofing and Windows will only take a day to complete. Siding can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Work with people that run their own companies! That will take the time to stop by and look at the project while it is being installed and are available by phone call to speak with you regarding your project! As well as do a walk thru once completed!
