With so many different options, styles, sizes, brands, colors, etc. - pricing can easily get confusing in our industry but we make it simple and easy to understand.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a quick, free, no-hassle quote good for 1 year. This process takes 30-60mins. We want to figure out what you need. When you are ready we schedule the work. Most jobs take just 1 day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are always continuing our education. In order to bring you the best experience and products necessary we research tirelessly into new technologies and methods to save you time, money, and to make sure our customers stay satisfied for years to come.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a canvasser in a similar, I realized that there were many flaws in the antiquated systems of other similar companies, and one day decided that I could provide a better service and make more people happy about home improvement

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently we allowed to install a beautiful cedar roof in the wonderful old town historic district. What can sometimes be quite a hinderance, we managed to get this project off without a hitch!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whoever you will give your business to.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Projects like this are to last for many years, and shouldn't be taken lightly. Look into the products themselves and the warranties provided, as they'll give you the peace of mind that you made the right decision
