What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Liberty will always work with our Customers, Vendors and Manufacturers to insure they receive the best price possible

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Liberty will arrange a Free in-home estimate to go over the customers project with them. Once an agreement is made and material arrives Liberty will arrange for the installation to take place and follow up after installation to make sure our customer is 100% satisfied

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We attend Certifications from our Manufacturers to stay up to date on all the current products and installation training

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Liberty is a 2nd generation family owned and operated business - so for us it is second nature

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Liberty has numerous projects we are fond of - but we have recently done a large siding project in Ellicott City. With our help we were able to work with the HOA to get approval for changes requested by our customer and the finished project looked great! Liberty has recently done the neighbors home as well and hopes to work with many more in that area!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customers need to make sure they hire Licensed and Insured Contractors - we have had many calls from customers who hired "friends" to do a project only to be left having to hire someone else to correct or redo the project again.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Our Team here at Liberty goes beyond normal Customer Service to make sure the customer is kept informed throughout their project- We understand that your home is your most valuable investment and we treat it with great care and respect.
