What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Being a smaller company with only 8 guys my pricing is very competitive,I also give senior discounts, Veteran discounts, Most of the time depending on the job will beat the competition by 10%

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process begins by coming out going over the scope of work giving an estimate and showing samples colors etc listening to all your concerns, writing the contract, pulling the permits needed and scheduling the work

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a contractor since the late 70s opening my own business in 1981 exterior remodeling roofing, siding, windows ,doors, carpentry

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started helping a friend of mine after I got laid off from the teamsters as a welder working in the ship yard, needless to say never I never looked back 43 years later here I am

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a house in Milton for and architect with a new siding product called Everlast with PVC trim came out beautiful took 2 weeks to complete

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your home work, take a ride go by the houses the contractor did get and few references make sure there licensed and insured
