I maintain my manufacturers certifications by attending every training made available by them. This is typically several per year. Some in person, some on line.

My name is Lou Milano and I am the owner of Budget Exteriors. I have been in the home improvement industry for 20 years. I began my career working for a large, regional replacement window company. I then spent a decade turning the home improvement division of the largest big-box home retailer store into the largest home improvement installation company in history. Replacement windows, siding, and roofing are now available for anyone at an affordable cost. Budget Exteriors is my vision: bringing high-end “boutique” quality home improvements to the Boston Metro area , north of Boston and southern New Hampshire at a reasonable price.

We work with residential single family or multi family homeowners as well as condo associations and commercial. We do small projects such as a garage or porch roof or a few windows as well as very large projects such as siding for a condo complex of connected townhouses.

I'm proud of every job we do. I won't leave a job until that is the case.

Take the time to call references. Check out warranties not just for materials but also for workmanship. Material warranties from a manufacturer do you no good if there were mistakes made in the installation process. Make sure you get a detailed written proposal and a legal contract to sign. Some times the devil is in the details so take the time to do your homework and compare apples to apples when looking at different quotes. The best price is many times not the best value. A few minutes up front will improve your chances of success.
