What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a Family-Owned Midsize, very reasonable company and will work with the customer to always come up with fair price. We care about our customers and it shows in our reviews! We also can help with possible Insurance claims on behalf of customer as well as offer financing. We can also offer some of the best manufacturer warranties in the country, as well as have in-house warranty for other Repairs and Other Contracting work!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Call, Text, or email to set up an appointment, we will provide free estimate, show samples of the products as well as help with any question or concerns. If needed we can also accommodate remote estimates, and work with customers over the phone re: details.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have many manufacturers' certified warranties available. We are able to offer up to 5 star with CertainTeed, Up to 50 years with GAF ( Master Elite Status) as well as Own Corning's, and/or Free in-house warranty as well!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner started as a roofer himself over 16 years ago. Starting as a sub-contractor himself, he did well enough and decided to get his General Contractor and HIC Certification and open the company. He has built this company into a thriving small business, employing 4 office staff, 2 Site Supervisors, and a whole dedicated crew of licensed Sub-contractors. We help Customers with the whole process, doing everything from getting the initial permit if needed to scheduling the Final building inspection and everything in-between. We Care about our customers and it shows!

We’ve worked with residential homeowners well as Commercial property Owners/Managers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Depending of size of the project and scope of a project, Most Full Residential roof replacements takes 1-2 days. Commercial projects can take 1-5 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research! Reviews really matter, read what people are saying and it can guide you to the type of experience you want to have when doing a home improvement project, as well as the best company to suite your needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is there any Storm or covered damage that makes this an Insurance claim? What Warranties do they offer? Is there a in-house warranty for smaller projects? Do they offer Financing?
