What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Give us a call or email and speak with our office staff about your project and they will set you up with an appointment with an expert, who will be there on that day, at that time. NO TIME WINDOWS!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Mel Conde, the owner of Conde Roofing, has been in the roofing and construction industries his entire life. He assembled a dream-team of some of the best he has met in his career to create the best company he possibly could.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work mostly with residential customers. We have worked with all types of customers but working directly with homeowners is our specialty.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did 45 Condo Units in Amherst, NH. Serving 45+ individual homeowners simultaneously was quite an accomplishment that required top tier planning, communication, and execution on every level. It took us about a month and was hugely successful!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you're looking in New Hampshire, please remember this state has very little government oversight. This means there is no insurance OR licensing needed to be a roofer. You could put a ladder on a truck and go sell roofing right now if you wanted! While the lack of bureaucracy is nice for people just getting started, it does put the onus on the homeowner so please protect yourself and make sure your roofer has insurance. Be wary of roofers who "Hard Push" products and services. A good professional will explain to you what they found and what options you have, EDUCATE you as a homeowner, and then let you make an informed decision. High-pressure sales tactics should not be part of the roofing process.
