What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we start with a schedule an On-Site Visit and we made the inspection and then discuss the customer needs. We provide a free estimate. The contractor explains the estimate I’m detail to the customer. Once the customer agrees with the estimate, we formalize the agreement.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have OSHA training, on the job training, roofing and siding certification and Csl licence

I started working in a construction company

I made a roofing and siding project. It took me 5 days to finish it

I would say to them to check for proper licensing and insurance, look for experience and expertise, discuss materials and warranties and visit past projects.

Customers should think about their budget, materials that they prefer or need. They should ask about the timeline for the project and the warranty and guarantee that they expect.
