What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Charging labor only. Same Day Roofing, our company provides you a list of materials and the price of each item that will be used on the roofing job, we use the best materials on the market, the costumer can have a choice to buy the materials if finds better prices, but we try our best offering the cheapest price for good quality materials. taxes, fees for permits are included on the deal. Depending on the job, we try always our best to beat the competition, so we can offer discounts if the competition won´t offer deals using bad quality materials

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide free estimates, so, we ask for contacts and we pay visits on next day or asap, asking to the customer the best time available for both. On our visit, we check, measure, calculating and come up with a deal on the site explaining the procedures, later we send the proposal with the list of materials or if it´s only a repair to be done what will be done, Once the custumer sign our contract, we schedule the job, send the dumpster, order the materials and its delivery, and depending on the size of the roof, we take usually one day to have it done!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our company has installations certifications for the shingles we will use, Owens Corner, Certainteed.. The company owner, 20 years of experience is always on the job site.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Same Day roofing will pay you a visit for a free estimate. we will measure the roof. take samples of shingles. check what shall be done and talk to you explaining the needs. we will send a proposal and try to do the fairest price ever to have it done.. we will get the permit. buy materials and as soon as the permit is available we start usually on the next day

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential an commercial.. repairs and installation, reroof. we have made so many work. churches a town hall. rubber roof on companies so we had all sort of customers no job is too small.. we've made steep houses, conical roofing and several challenges that made us very proud

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

So many jobs, all customers happy and giving good referrals, we are proud of any job done in on or two days, we do small repairs and churches , rubber roof on big places, and we are proud of the final clean up, using our magnetic to pick up nails, and sometimes we organize clean ups that you barely notice that a roof had been done on the day before

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

the experience and to be timely, responsible and make sure the materials are good. some companies may take forever.. add some prices that are unexpected due the extra time to get it done..

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

we suggest calling referrals, make sure that the proposal is property done, make sure that there's no miraculous prices that will surely will be add during the job.. make sure that there's a possibility that plywood if is rotten must be changed and check the quality of the materials that will be installed
