Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We normally charge between $195 and $275 per sq. price varies and is based off the roof pitch and valley.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We meet with the home owner and discuss the issues they are having with their roof. We then inspect the home and come up with a plan of color and style. Once the home owner decides on style and color we order materials and schedule a begin date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have over 8 years of experience and my crew has over 20 years of experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was actually doing property preservation for the banks back in 2010. I got a email asking if I could replace a roof and of course I said yes.lol.. I didn't know anything about Roofing at that time but I manage to get the job done. I lost a lot of money on that house because I didn't know how to bid. I enjoyed seeing something go from old to new and was hooked since then. I educated myself and put things in motion and now I'm at this level. Its a level that allows me to provide quality service for customers. It’s a level that understands all angles of the Roofing process. It’s a level where I can guarantee great service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with all types of customers. Whatever type you can think of I'm sure we have worked with them. lol

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently completed a home that started off bad but ended up great. after not receiving materials on time we ended up with a nonproductive day. The next day had rain in the forecast and we were worried. The next day came and the rain started coming and we had to pause for about a hour. The rain stopped and we were able to complete the home and the home owners loved it!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Always make sure that the Roofer you hire has liability Insurance. This type of insurance protects your home. Never pay more than 33% for deposit. Always make sure the shingle color you select compliments your bricks and always sign a contract

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should always ask for proof of work license and insurance. Always be clear on the type and color of shingles he/she wants . Always ask about warranties
