What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When you first reach out to Roofing for Troops, we’ll schedule a free consultation to discuss your needs. We take the time to listen to your concerns, and offer personalized solutions. Once we agree on a plan, we provide an upfront, written estimate and timeline for the work. We pride ourselves on being punctual, professional, and keeping communication open throughout the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team is highly trained with years of experience in the home improvement industry. We are licensed and insured, and we stay up-to-date on the latest roofing techniques and best practices. We also participate in ongoing training to ensure our team is equipped with the skills needed to handle any roofing project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Roofing for Troops was founded with a passion to give back to the veteran community. Our founder who served saw the need to provide quality roofing services while honoring those who’ve served our country. We wanted to use our skills to make a difference and provide excellent roofing work at fair prices and make a donation back to the Troops.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all customers from a variety of backgrounds no job is too big or small for us to take care of.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One recent project that stands out involved a homeowner dealing with extensive storm damage to their roof. The insurance carrier initially gave them a hard time, making it difficult to get approval for the replacement. After working with the client and negotiating with the insurance company, we were able to secure approval and get the project moving. Once everything was approved, we completed the roof replacement in just one day.
