What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on current supplier pricing. Labor is current pricing. Also, I specialize in insurance claims they use a program we use real time pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Listening to the customer finding out what their needs are feeding them with the best material cording to their budget and listening to them is the key

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked in the military doing some restoration on ships when I got out I was still interested in doing restoration got into Historical restoration worked under Architects engineers for a number of years before starting my own business 1986

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I return from the military and 76, I started working in the construction industry eventually worked for an architect and engineers, then went into business in 1986

What types of customers have you worked with?

From horse farms, doing Historical restoration to commercial and residential owners specializing in Insurance Claims we can help all customers

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I’m doing a restoration on a property purchased Stone Work right now we’re going to do Copper standing seam on the roof

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Experience is the key and you don’t want to go by just pricing you need to find someone you can trust someone that has a good track record and have good references and you didn’t really need to go look at their work

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What their ultimate goals are with many years of experience working with so many different materials I can usually save them, hundreds if not, thousands of dollars in material alone, especially in the long run
