What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We respond to all customer as quick as possible. Evaluate your project. Give you all of your options, explain the entire process and answers all questions you might have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our name is new but our experience is not, with over 30 years experience in the Roofing and home Remodeling industry in Northern KY we can handle any roofing or Remodeling job. No job is to tough for Tough As Nails Roofing and Remodeling.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been in the roofing and construction business for over thirty years. I started as an installer and have done every job in the Roofing and Remodeling industry, from simple repairs to full Remodels to new home construction. We can do anything you need done around your home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kinds of customers and we appreciate every one of them.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most of our roof jobs are complete tear offs and replace, All jobs are almost always completed in 1 day so to minimize any inconvenience to the customer. Our last new home construction project was completed in just over 5 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your contractor is insured.
