Introduction

Because of the catastrophe March 13th 24 we are only servicing folks that agree to a contingency contract meaning a commitment to Noble for their services. There is to much of a high demand during a catastrophe to deal with uncommitted customers. Thank you for considering my company. What you get when you hire Noble, is Peace of Mind. A full service General Contracting company that was established 12 years ago in Kansas City Missouri. I am the owner and I oversee everything daily. I meet all the criteria necessary to work in both Missouri and Kansas. When my company is hired for a project, you deal with one person. You get trouble free service and with in house multiple trades people we can keep a project online. I have over 50 years’ experience in construction from ground up including residential and commercial. We work with all insurance carriers. I have had training with HAAG engineering for storm damage forensics. I use Xactimate software estimating because it is what 90% of insurance carriers use. It speaks the same language. I have reputation of being professional with insurance adjusters in a manner that ensures everything that should be in the claim is there. Unfortunately, I will often meet insurance adjusters who have no field experience in construction, this causes an unfair claim.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is in line with little or no overhead which I pass along. I also discount automatically a new customer. Most cases I can help with deductibles if possible. I do not have sales people. If you add up the commissions they get and office overhead ( I do not have) that is about an additional 15%. The owner pays for that.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Meet and greet discus their project address their concerns if any. Look over the job take pictures and measure.. make notes of particulars then back to the office for pricing. Submit an estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
One of the only Haag certified property inspectors on this site. You can only attend the school if you have 10 years or more in he business and verifiable jobs you did. Then it is a grueling 40 hour instruction from the Haag companies forensic engineers. The you must pass two 4 hr test. LEAD cert, Mold cert, 40 years or more with hands on. I multi master craftsman expert from Massachusetts

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Being raised in a blue collar community just outside of Boston MA one didn't have much of a choice at the early age of 8.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All kinds.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
The last two years the focus has been on roofing only.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Pick the contractor you most feel comfortable with not the price. I have to many ask me to finish what some low baller started.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How long will it take? What manufacturer do you like? What other expertise do you have? How is the debris managed? How do you protect the landscape? What if you miss a nail and I get a flat tire? Why do I need that? (sales people do that to so many people. They up sell things you do not need. For example if I am in my 60s and on a tight budget why do I need a life time roof?) What if you run into some unseen problem like wood rot? How do you handle that? if I get you any other jobs do you offer any discount or referral fee? Why do I need more vents when I lived here for 30 years and never had a problem? Why do I need ice and water shield if the code does not require it? Have you ever roofed yourself or do you just sell for the company?
