What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have financing options, we accept credit cards, we do have a cash discount and we can always work with your insurance company so that you don't have to worry about the expense of disasters.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always take as much time as needed to make sure I fully understand exactly what it's going to take to make every person involved happy. then I switch gears and focus on what I need to do to make sure the insurance company is happy so that everybody gets paid out. I take every necessary step to protect and repair the home and thoroughly document the entire process from beginning to end.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

well I've been in construction like I said over 22 years now. Additionally I am led certified, OSHA 10 certified, OSHA 30 certified, HAAG certified roof inspector, Missouri mold abatement certified, Lomanco ventilation certified, Owens Corning top of the house trained and trained and licensed previously as an insurance adjuster in the state of Texas.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

when I was 15 years old I was trying to save money to purchase a car and my father was a roofer so I started doing construction. I've been doing it ever since for over 22 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

in the last 22 years I've worked with an enormous assortment of people. I've had NFL players to attorneys to average folks like myself. I'm happy to help anybody who I can help.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I received a call from a fellow roofer in Kansas City who knows I'm very good working with insurance companies and he informed me he had a customer who was really frustrated and about to give up on her claim for storm damage on roofing and a leak. I was able to document the damages correctly using thermal cameras and other important technological tools and submit it to the insurance company. keep in mind I was the fourth roofer to submit the information but because I did it properly and new exactly how to present it to the insurance company we were able to get the claim approved for over $60,000.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I think it's very important to understand the complexity and seriousness of water damage. my first piece of advice would be to act swiftly.

I think it's important for everybody to discuss their expectations. make sure to clearly discuss what is important to you.
