Our process starts with a Free 21-point inspection of your project, complete with photos, so you can make an informed decision on the next steps to restoring your home after a storm, needed maintenance, or improvements. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We start with a free 21-point inspection of your roof with photos. If a repair is needed we do have a minimum of $350, due to needing to provide tools, material, and labor for your project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a Class-A General contractor in Johnson County, KS. Registered with the Kansas Attorney General. We are licensed and Insured.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner, Doug Prier, grew up around construction and helped his dad after school and then after high school. He started his own company in order to create an opportunity for others. Abundance is a core belief and we want our clients to experience that as well.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work well with clients that are willing to have an open honest conversation about their wants and needs. That allows us to be able to consult and see if we are a good fit.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Projects that are really fulfilling are the ones where we have been able to help out client discover their need and walk one step at a time through the entire restoration process. It is really life-giving to see their stress just melt away. The entire process took about 3 weeks, but the construction portion only took a day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If it is insurance work, find a construction consultant that will partner with you and your insurance to restore your property. Also, make sure you both discuss the expectations you have for your project.
