What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices vary depending on the type, the quality and the quantity used. So there is standard pricing, every job is very difference. So we offer a free estimate to everyone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set up an appointment to come out (at the clients convenience) and do a free inspection of the property. Access what the clients wants to have done. Measure the areas to be worked on, take photos as needed. Prepare a detailed quote for the homeowners, with in 1 to 2 days (depending on the scope of work)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I have been in the construction industry since 1982, working in various positions ranging from Architect, Purchasing Agent, Production Manager & Company Owner

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started in the construction industry in 1982 after graduating from Architecture school at the University of Illinois Chicago

99% of our roofing projects are do in 1 day

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask every bidder for 3 things. A detailed bid for the work, a copy of there Certificate of Insurance with Liability and Workers Comp, and a copy of their Illinois State Roofers License

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. Have there worked thru all of the design options. 2. Have they looked into the Product options available. 3. Is there a budget for the project.
