What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have discount pricing, often 50% less than larger roofing companies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide a free inspection and complimentary packet of information including a written proposal for each client to consider.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 44 years of construction experience after a BA in Business Administration.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I sold roofs for two other companies in Idaho since 2016. During covid work stoppage, I decided to form my own company to provide excellent customer service, quality roofing at discount pricing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of residential customers throughout the Treasure Valley and will provide references upon request.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently replaced a beautiful two story 36 square roof in Boise in one day. The temperature reached 104 degrees but our crew wanted to finish. It looks fantastic.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a licensed, insured contractor (with workman's comp coverage) vetted by the Better Business Bureau that has ample 5 star reviews.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What products do you use? How do you replace the roof? Are your crews trained? Do you have insurance? How much experience do you have? How far out are you for installation? How long will it take?
