What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Gather measurements, complete an inspection, review materials and price out the project accordingly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been in residential construction my whole life and pull a lot of my knowledge from that. However, being trained on the install process by the most popular manufactures have been a worthwhile investment for me. Always continuing my education is important to keeping up with the changes and improvements in our industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Been in the business for a lot of years and decided I wanted to go out on my own. Felt like I could provide a much more transparent experience when I was the one calling the shots.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We mostly work with people who have older or incorrectly installed roofs that are in need of replacement.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We completed a job in Nampa recently. It had all the bells and whistles and took 3 days. One of those projects you can be proud of. Especially when they use the “love” word afterwards!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get a few estimates and choose the one that sits down with you to discuss the details of the project. The most upset customers that I ever saw came down to misunderstandings. Its not always the best price. Look at the overall picture. You will be happy you did!
