When we visit a customers home to do a consultation, we first will go through some important questions to get the information we need from the homeowner then start a necessary inspection. After the inspection we visit with the homeowner to tell them about our company. We will then go over our exclusive options and show the homeowner their design for their project. After everything looks good to the home owner we will get to work on moving the project forward. Right now we are about 3-4 weeks until we can start on a project and usually have projects done in 1-3 days.

Our team has over 30+ years of working experience in the construction industry. Having worked for different companies in the past both big and small we decided it was time to take a leap and start our own company. We have been trained and certified by some of the largest manufacturers in the country whose product we install.

After being a financial advisor for Northwestern Mutual, I worked at a large remodeling company known as Dabella. I learned important lessons there and gained necessary experience to become a general contractor. I left Dabella and started a Permanent LED Lighting company with my dad and brothers called GlowPros. In time while doing permanent led lighting I was often giving advice to homeowners and found myself asking “why don’t I get my general contractors license and do this work myself?” So that’s what I did. I specialize in doing bathroom remodels, roofing and permanent LED lighting.

Hire someone who is going to give you information to help you make the best decision for your project. I love working with homeowners and as an expert in this field I find that I am in business because of past poor decisions. Be willing to admit you don’t know everything and seek correct information to help you make the best decision. Be willing to not be stuck on a certain product or the cheapest price for the job. It could cost you a lot more in the end.
