What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free estimates and competitive pricing. If there is an insurance claim JDzm Roofing will work directly with the insurance company to settle the claim and insure that all damage is paid for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Each job is different. JDM Roofing is very flexible and will work with each customer to meet their individual needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

15 years of home inspection experience. Every owner and project managers are Haag certified inspectors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

All owners of JDM Roofing have been in the construction business our entire lives.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Self pay or insurance claims. residential and commercial properties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The customervwas prepared to pay entirely out of pocket to replace a very large and expensive roof due to being denied by their insurance company. Due to the location of the home and local codes, JDM Roofing was able to have the insurance company pay for a full replacement. it took approximately 2 months for the insurance company to settle, 2 weeks for the special order material to be delivered and less than a week to remove and install the new roof.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always use a contractor certified through a manufacturer. JDM Roofingbis certified with GAF,which allows us to provide a systems plus warranty. This is a 15 year warranty that notbonlynpaydms for new material but also pays for the labor to rdmove and replace weed roof. Unfortunately, there can always be mussels made in the manufacturing process of Roofing. These types of warranties protect your investment. All materials offer warranties. Not all of them provide the labor costs like GAF.

Most importantly is there wants and needs along with budget. JDM Roofing will go through all factors to assist making good decisions on your project.
