We offer multiple discounts for down to the penny pricing. We also offer military and senior discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will set a time for a free in home consultation. We will give you an estimate at the time of the consultation. We then will order your product and give you an estimated time of installation for the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Clear Choice Exteriors & Bath Makeover has over 85 years of experience in the remodeling business. The owner has 26 years experience. We pride ourselves on high quality products and installation for a fair price. We have the best valued proposition.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as an installer 26 years ago and now have owned my owned Clear Choice Exteriors for 16 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds. We've worked in million dollar homes before and also low end modular homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just completed a job in Greenfield, IA on home after the tornadoes hit. Siding, Windows, Entry Doors, Gutters and Gutter topper and storm doors. We are proud to get his homeowner back on his feet again!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get more up to but no more than three bids. If you get more than three bids it tends to get confusing an cumbersome.

How long have you been in business? Are you established with a physical business address? Are you a license business? Are you fully insured? Do you give upfront pricing?
