Our pricing is unique for each job and depends on the size and pitch of the roof and the degree of work we are doing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will set up an initial inspection which will be followed with a thorough roof report and our recommendations. Afterwards, based on the path the customer chooses we will send our estimate and allow our customer to decide when to proceed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have several years of experience in roofing as well as extensive training in the science at application of our roof rejuvenation product.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As veterans returning from our time and military service, we entered into the roofing industry, looking to start working back at home and supporting our families.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers of all types!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have done several projects recently, that we are proud of. All involved in inspection, and a thorough report where we educated our customer on the best decisions for their roof. With one customer, we were able to provide a quick and easy repair after some emergency roofing services. For another customer, we were able to confirm with them that their roof was in good shape and applied our roof rejuvenation product to make sure that their roof would be guaranteed to last. And for another customer, we saw the need for a replacement and we worked with them to get that replacement covered and their roof replaced.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone that is going to provide you with options not just give you a recommendation based on what they’ll make the most profit off of. At Roofing Rescue were proud to offer repair services, replacement services, and also warranty rejuvenation services. When we give our inspection reports, we pride ourselves on educating our customers about their specific roof and its needs, and allowing them to choose, which of our services will fit them best.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Look online for some educational materials about Roofing. Make sure that whoever you choose is looking out for your best interest and not the best interests of their pocket.
