We give 1 year warranty on any repair work, and 10 years of any other labor work we provide; in addition, we give the 25 year warranty or lifetime from the manufacturer we buy the shingles from. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We strive to give you a competitive price and great quality. Our team works very hard to try to get our eatimate, and schedule the repairs needed as quickly as possible. Always compare our warranties and prices with others. We want you to feel comfortable working with us and make an educated decision even if you choose someone else. Our job is to answer all the questions you might have.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We do a FREE inspection, give you an estimate within 24 hours from our visit. If you approve the quote we sent you, we usually take care of the project within 2-3 days from approval. You do not pay us anything until the job is completed (unless the job is for more than $2,000). We send you an invoice with pictures before and after and you can transfer the money by zelle, venmo or cashapp for your convenience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are GAF master elite contractors and CertainTeed Landmark pro contractor in Atlanta. In addition, three of our managers went to college for a Bachelor in Business Management, which had helped us to lead this company. On top of that, we have over twenty years of experience working in the construction industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I actually started as a construction helper. I worked as a labor for about 7 years before starting my construction business. This helped me understand the importance of each project from start to finish. From the very basics to the most complex and difficult tasks.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have done several roofing projects, deckings, new adittions, painting, new siding, soffit, and gutter system. We have worked with a variety of customers, always providing top quality to each project we have done.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We do about 8 roofs per week and have people working on our roofing repairs as well. We do gutter installation, gutter guards, and gutter cleaning as well. We also do new adittions for your home. New siding, new deckings, paint, and more. We are fully licensed and insured to protect our technicians and customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for references, and Google reviews. That will always help to make sure you are hiring the right company.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of warranties do they have? check for reviews online and ask for a workers comp and liability insurance to make sure the company is legit and safe to work with.
