What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We like to start with a phone call to get some general information about your project then set a time for an on-site inspection to gather photos, measurements and meet to go over your quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
ATLAS Pro Plus Gold Select Contractor GAF Certified Contractor HAAG certified inspector FAA certified drone pilots Air Vent Ask the Expert Certified Over 40 years combined experience!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I am a third-generation roofer! My grandfather and father each had their own roofing companies so it has been in my life since I was a boy. I have decades of experience to back up our work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with residential homeowners who need a new roof or maybe just some minor repairs to stop some leaking. We also work with homeowners who have made insurance claims after a storm has damaged their roof. Many of our customers are realtors or potential home buyers who need a roof report or an emergency solution. If you have a roof over your head, we are happy to work with you!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently was able to put on a brand new roof for a widowed Senior, who unexpectedly had just lost her husband. A storm had hit her roof and caused water to enter and stain her ceilings, we recommended she call her insurance company and provided photos and information on the condition of the roof. She ended up getting a brand new roof after getting her claim paid. In just 14 days from her initial call to us, we had her home secured.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Only hire a local company, you may need them around after the initial install, due to weather and critters causing issues with your roof. Discuss who will be the crew that is actually doing the work. Most roofers send out a commissioned sales representative whose main role is to make you comfortable, but they know very little about the actual installation. Not all shingles and underlayments are created equal. There are several brands of materials, all claiming to offer "lifetime warranties". Some are better than others, don't get fooled! We'll share details on the best we have found, based on our years of experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How old is your roof? When was it last inspected? Who is your insurance company? Is there a possibility of water entering your home?
