What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we have your basic information such as name, address, phone number and email address, we will provide you with a quote and a contract for you to sign online. Then we schedule the job. It's as easy as that.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Stephen has been in the building industry for over 25 years. He holds a G/C license as well as a GA adjuster license. With more than 7000+ claims as catastrophe adjuster he knows the insurance process in and out!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have been in the construction industry for over 25 years with hands on experience in all trades. We come from a family of developers and builders.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a project in Dacula GA that turned out awesome. The customer was open to suggestions and wanted his house to have a facelift. We replaced the roof, added siding accents and rock accents at the exterior with a continuous roof line over the garage door for decor, added front porch decking over existing concrete, added a covered back porch with sliding gate for his dogs, added a brick hearth and accent at the interior for a wood heater. This project took 30-40 days to complete. The customer was very pleased.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are a lot of contractors out there. Trust your instincts and only hire the one that will provide you with years of customer service. Think beyond this specific project and consider choosing someone you would want to work with time and time again.

-Have you researched the contractor you are going to use for your project? -Is your contractor a good communicator? Does he/she return your phone calls? -Does your contractor have good online reviews? -Does your contractor provide good customer service? -Is your contractor licensed? -Is your contractor insured? -Does your contractor provide a workmanship warranty?
