What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$60 per man hour. Travel fee will be incurred to customer based on the job distance.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we need all the details of the job in order to provide our client with an accurate estimate. Sometimes pictures and measurements are enough and other times we need to visit the location of the job. We are always willing to discuss any details via phone.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of my employees have multiple years of experience and we only provide quality workmanship.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for insurance as an inspector 10 years ago. Now I manage a consulting business that handles all types of remodel/repair work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of people with all types of backgrounds. I consider myself a people person and love to help others out with their projects. We adhere to a non-discrimination policy. Equality for all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have recently assisted in multiple full roof replacements. We helped home owners get approved through insurance because of storm damage. In doing so we were able to save our clients tons of money. It's always a great feeling helping others save money.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you use a reputable business with good reviews. Discuss what warranty they offer and the quality of materials being used.
